Discipline

With endless creative options and diversions, one seems to need the dedication of a soldier to keep on track with the origins. As I write his I realize to what extent I have been influenced by sound-bite world, you know which one I speak of. That's a frenzied endeavor and the bubble is bound to pop, and where will we/them be then? Don't opt for the life raft trip, be on shore.

Unbridled creative freedom vs a schooled societal formality

In all the creative projects I've been involved in, it occurred to me that this was always one of the central questions. A viewer directed focal point, or a surrounding experiential, seems to ring obviously of patriarchal vs matriarchal based foundations

The here and now

I worked my way from classical realism, to different forms of organic and inorganic abstractions to a type of primitivism, ( that's not what I would call it, but the label others tend to use. I aim for a synthesis that as of yet I have only mentally conceived
